Make Mealtime Family Time
Make Mealtime Family Time™ exists to encourage families with children, including teenagers, to make mealtime a family time priority whether at home or out for a meal. Research has discovered that one of the most effective strategies parents, grandparents, and other primary care-givers have for raising healthy, well-adjusted kids is to frequently eat meals together as a family.
Many of America’s children are not active enough for healthy growth and development. Research suggests that a lack of physical activity is dangerous to their health and can be a major contributor to weight gain. Read the PDF document to find out how you can help make physical activity a part of your family’s routine and create a pattern of healthful living that may stay with your kids for the rest of their lives.
Grown-ups and kids can use this kit to help improve their home environment and jumpstart healthy habits that will lead to a healthier way of living. This kit will support and encourage the whole family in making nurturing, wholesome choices throughout each day.
The PDF is 3.4mb, so it may take a moment to open.
