Power Up With Healthy Choices! Minimize
Pima County CPPW and Bear Essential News for Kids have partnered to develop a special nutrition and fitness section called "Power Up With Healthy Choices!"

The monthly special feature is intended not only for students, but for parents, teachers and other school officials to learn about and promote healthy lifestyles by improving nutrition and physical activity. The four-page section includes articles, recipes, activities, healthy living tips, and more!

Visit the Bear Essential website at
www.bearessentialnews.com.

Additional material not included in the printed publication can be found here, including worksheets, lesson plans, activities, recipes and more. New material will be updated as they become available.

Hey teachers! Be sure to use the supplemental activities and log your hours to receive Arizona Nutrition Network credit.
